CranioSacral Therapy
is a light touch therapy that works with the tissues around the sacrum, along the spine and around the bones of the cranium. It is a simple approach for achieving structural and systematic balance. It assists the body in the release of overall tension, improved nerve flow, and optimal production and re-absorption of cerebrospinal fluid which bathes, nourishes and re-oxygenates the tissues of the central nervous system, thus aiding the body in maintaining homeostasis.
