As a Family oriented, Traditional Naturopathic Doctor, I specialize in inner-child connection, and pediatrics. I am ready to hold space for you and your greatest creations, your children.
Over the past decade I have held space for hundreds of families through their most sensitive and vulnerable times. Being a Natural Childbirth Educator and Natural Birth Doula has allowed me to witness innate wisdom awaken in deep and powerful ways. When families feel unconditional acceptance and support, no matter where they stand in their beliefs, limitations are released and the process of unveiling subconscious programs and releasing them happens naturally.
I meet clients wherever they find themselves on their path to healing and wholeness. I honor the unique aspects of each client to best support them in regaining balance to their whole body (mind, body and emotions).
I strive to empower clients to heal themselves and their children through encouraging empowerment through knowledge.
A healing environment is created through patient and deliberate space holding. This safe space allows the client to settle into their body, nurturing & awakening the clandestine inner child within.
Innate wisdom is welcomed.

These sessions will be uniquely molded around the goals and intentions that you desire to cultivate. Each session builds upon the previous experience by peeling back the layers of imbalance and allowing healing to transpire. Because each session is uniquely designed for all that you are, ever have been and ever will be. . . the encouraged program may incorporate many things from lifestyle changes to supplement recommendations and from bodywork to embodiment practices.
