30min Initial Phone Call
To set clear goals and expectations for your shedding and unfurling.
90min Emotional Release Therapy Session
Allowing for physical and emotional balance by encouraging one to become connected with past experiences through an application of a series of essential oils. These oils are specifically chosen to open the memory center of the nervous system aiding the client to release subconsciousness beliefs or patterns interfering with growth.
60min Empowered Movement Session
Through choice, empowerment is enhanced allowing the experience to support embodiment naturally. Senses awaken, encouraging a mind-body fusion and Union with Self is developed.
45min Emotion Code Session
Trapped emotions are held in muscle memory as stagnant energy vibrating at frequencies different than our body aligns with. This happens when we experience emotions but do not fully process them because of inconvenience, medication, time constraints, societal pressure, etc.. Using kinesiology, we can identify which emotions are causing a disturbance related to what you are experiencing and release the energy. This allows you to process these old emotions and move towards peace and balance.
30min Assenting Phone Call
This provides space to observe the journey through these combined sessions bringing complete awareness to what was witnessed and giving recommendations on where to go from here in order to continue towards deep peace

This program includes 4.25 hours of focused session time + space for integration.
Over the course of 4 months, we will create a container for your whole being to release trauma in a supported and spacious way.
Through physical touch therapies, embodied movement, energetic healing, and space for integration, we can pave a way through your healing together.
